Brandaidy offers custom web development, mobile application solutions, and vibrant branding services.
All services are project-based and begin only after receiving an upfront payment of 25% of the selected plan’s total cost.
The remaining amount is to be paid in full upon project completion, following our one-time payment model.

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and necessary resources for smooth project execution.
Any delays in communication or deliverables from the client side may impact project timelines.

Unless explicitly stated, all deliverables are custom-built for the client.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final designs, code, or brand assets will be transferred to the client.
However, Brandaidy reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Brandaidy is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information.
Whether or not a project reaches completion, all business ideas, assets, and data shared with us will remain strictly private and protected.
We will never share, sell, or reuse your intellectual property.

We take data security seriously.
Any personal or business data shared with Brandaidy is stored securely and will never be sold, traded, or disclosed to third parties.
Your trust and privacy are our priority.

Brandaidy proudly serves clients across the globe.
All international collaborations will follow these same terms, with clear communication on timelines, deliverables, and currency handling.

While Brandaidy strives for the highest quality in every project, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — resulting from delays, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions. Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any project, whether in contract or tort, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
